Eine nachgeahmte Prada. Der Preis dafür: 8000 Euro. Aber nicht etwa für die Brille an sich, nein, 8000 Euro betrug die Strafe, die die Frau dafür zahlen musste, eine Fälschung gekauft zu haben.
In Italien, ebenso wie in Frankreich, Österreich oder der Schweiz, wird das Kaufen und Tragen von gefälschter Ware eben in hohem Maße geahndet. Nicht so in Deutschland. Während sich hier Juristen darüber streiten, ob und in welchem Ausmaß Verbraucher Fälschungen überhaupt erkennen können, treiben immer mehr Ideendiebe ihr Unwesen und, noch schlimmer: es steigt die Akzeptanz für kopierte Marken in der deutschen Bevölkerung.
